- Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption to IT services.
- Change Management: Coordinate and implement system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal impact on users.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders, addressing any issues or questions related to ServiceNow.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on system performance, usage, and incident trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with business objectives and improve service delivery.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that ServiceNow operations adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing or supporting the ServiceNow platform in an operational capacity.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or similar certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
- Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
- Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert for the Sitecore CMS platform, developing end-to-end solutions across the entire software stack, including front-end applications, services and deployment using the latest delivery techniques for Customer websites and mobile apps
- Analysis of business and functional requirements, and the ability to design, estimate, and articulate a technical solution.
- Lead the project lifecycle from concept to delivery, post launch support and deliver outcomes in alignment with the Company Values and Culture Playbook.
- Participate in architectural & technical discussions and look for creative ideas for solutions to complex problems that can also uplift legacy products to the best digital and cloud-based solutions.
- Lead the design, development and maintenance of Customer web sites and apps by producing and promoting high-quality code using best practices such as TDD, Clean code, and SOLID principles, OO design patterns and defensive coding practice
- Collaborate with technology partners, vendors, architects, technology and product teams to build innovative customer experiences.
- Maintain KPI to meet Digital standards and contribute to ongoing performance optimisation
- Write and maintain project technical documentation to promote a shared understanding and reference
- Provide technical leadership and direction to junior engineers and perform code reviews
- Maintain high rates of stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring consistent communications and expectation management
- Have strong influencing and negotiation skills wiht Product Owners, UX designers, Markeitng and Technology Partners to quickly gain their confidence and trust
- Develop enhancements and bug fixes for existing product features.
Essentail requirements:
At least 5 years tech sales experience, ideally in professional services consulting in the Cloud, DevOps or Software Integration space or have experience with large enterprise software implementations/development client side on top of a business development background. This role would be ideal for a tech and business savvy BDM who is hungry to learn and has an appetite for growth and success.- 5+ years commercial experience with full stack .NET Web application development specifically C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and WCF
- 3+ years commercial experience with Sitecore JSS and Headless CMS, ideally with React framework.
- 5+ years commercial experience with Sitecore 8.1+ as senior/lead engineer, ideally having worked in multiple projects working with personalisation, forms, workflow, engagement plans, EXM, SXA and Sitecore Analytics - Personalisation, Goals, A/B testing, xConnect
- 3+ years commercial experience with modern front-end development stack using HTML5, ES6+/Typescript, React/Redux/Angular/KnockoutJs, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Webpack/Grunt/Gulp, NPM/Yarn
- Experience with microservices architecture & development specifically NodeJs, REST API, AWS API Gateway/Lambda, Serverless framework, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Pact Test
- Experience with Git, Relational/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD systems
- Cloud computing experience, specifically AWS and Azure
- Strong understanding of Clean Code & SOLID principles, design patterns and defensive coding

- Lead the threat intelligence and vulnerability management function.
- Understand and promote the concept of threat-lead vulnerability management.
- Organise responses to zero day vulnerabilities, and proactive threat detection activities for cyber breaches in the wild.

- Lead a formalised threat hunting program and track hunting initiatives, working alongside the security operations team.
- Mentor junior analysts and interns, introducing them into threat intelligence and how it is consumed by cyber professionals.
- Create threat landscape presentations and conduct regular vulnerability management reporting for technology and leadership stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Security Operations Centre staff to recommend improvements to security coverage, log source onboarding, use case development, and toolset training.
- Enhancing the quality of dashboards and use case alerting to optimize threat detection and response.
- Strong knowledge of the latest Cyber Security infrastructure technologies and best practices.
- Experience with cyber threat intelligence, threat information sharing, and strong knowledge of the current threat landscape, geopolitics, threat actors, and cyber attack vectors.
- Experience with vulnerability management, threat response, remediation actions, mitigations, workarounds and patching prioritization.
- Understanding of vulnerability management frameworks, CVSS, CVE and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Familiarity with ASD Essential 8 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Experience with writing comprehensive technical reports.
- Experience with constructing and presenting high-level presentations.
- Experience using vulnerability management tools and technologies such as Rapid7 IVM, Qualys, Tenable, etc.
- Working knowledge of External Attack Surface Management tooling.
- Previous experience using Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs).
- Knowledge of threat feeds, information sharing, and threat classifications.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
