Ambreen  joined ATNIS in March 2017. A member of the Executive Council at ATNIS, Ambreen is responsible for the finance function which includes Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Business Planning, Treasury, Taxation, investor relations, etc..

Ambreen Dhar brings a rich experience of over 20 years in the IT & Finance industries and has led teams across various roles in Finance, Legal, Internal Information function among others.Mr. Iranga Pereira is an experienced Financial Oficer with a track record of driving growth and transformation.

Ambreen is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), India, Cost & Works Accountant (CWA), India, Company Secretary (CS), India and holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI.
