We are looking for a ServiceNow Operations Specialistt (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves ensuring the stability and performance of ServiceNow applications, implementing system updates, and collaborating with various teams to enhance IT service management processes

Main responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption to IT services.
- Change Management: Coordinate and implement system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal impact on users.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders, addressing any issues or questions related to ServiceNow.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on system performance, usage, and incident trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with business objectives and improve service delivery.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that ServiceNow operations adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing or supporting the ServiceNow platform in an operational capacity.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or similar certification preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
- Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
- Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
